Professional Experience

I specialize in evaluating work processes and designing custom solutions for companies seeking operational excellence. My work consists of working hand in hand with companies to understand their needs and objectives, and design a global solution architecture that allows them to optimize their processes and achieve long-term success. From evaluating the software and non-software systems they have today, to identifying risks and designing strategies to manage them, I ensure that companies are on the right path towards digital transformation. As co-founder of TAI Dynamics, together with a team of systems engineers with more than 15 years of experience, I have advised various companies from different sectors, and have helped improve their processes and increase their operational efficiency. In addition, I have led implementation projects and business continuity plans, always focusing on ensuring business continuity and complying with compliance and IT security standards.

I have performed various digital transformations within my company and outside, helping to decide to focus the business on the products and services that generate the highest income. I designed and helped implement new cloud infrastructure, relying on container technologies (mainly Docker). I focused product development on Web and mobile applications, transforming the technology stack to allow full stack development using Javascript, NodeJS, React and React Native; while new technologies and processes were incorporated to improve our professional offer. I reduced operating costs to their minimum expression through automation and the incorporation of new ways of working. I modernized our agile work methodology to allow converting our company to 100% remote, incorporating practices to the Scrum framework to allow solving product inception naturally. My role was transformed to mentor, advisor, and technical lead, serving as software architect when required. Recently our company focused on consulting services, bringing our know-how to companies, especially Startups, that are taking their first steps and require knowledge to start developing their products, design and implement them; for which I have served from Software Architect and Software Engineer from the technical side, to Scrum Master, Product Owner and Project Manager.

- In the Operations, systems and processes area, I am responsible for managing infrastructure, security, ensuring the protection of intellectual property, software configuration management and communications tasks. - In the product/technology construction area, I share the responsibility for design and evolution of the technological architecture, product integration, software development and functional analysis. - In the financial management area, I share the responsibility of coordinating revenue management, investment, expense and resource balancing tasks to grow the business, in addition to reporting tasks to investors. - In the research area, I share the responsibility of developing market trend research tasks, human behavioral research, emerging technology research and product vision.

I collaborated in the global product design process (wireframing, vision and PoCs), and participated in the definition of the initial Business Model Canvas. The project, although it did not prosper beyond the initial phase, was a very good source of learning, which allowed me to develop a better personal vision and capitalize on what I learned to apply to other projects.

Shotokan Karate Do practitioner (Japan Karate Association), graduated with 1st Dan. I was part of the Commission of the Association of Shotokan Karate Do Schools Tandil (AEK-ST), as Treasurer and management assistant. Outside of my usual duties, I created a Web system for generating tournament brackets for the first Copa Itaya 2011 (held in Tandil), so that teams and competitors of Kata and Kumite could be loaded, to then perform the draw fairly and transparently, concluding with the generation of brackets to be used by the organization. I developed the system in CakePHP 2 and Javascript (using RequireJS to allow modularity in the system).

I took my first steps as an entrepreneur, co-founding a software development team to develop an institutional presentation CD for the Faculty of Economic Sciences of UNICEN. The project consisted of creating an institutional presentation in HTML, CSS & Javascript with an automatic start mechanism so that when inserting a CD into the computer it would begin to show information about the Faculty of Economic Sciences.

During my summer vacation I performed my tasks as a software developer, developing in Java language and using RMI as communication protocol, a system for CyberCafe, which allowed connecting the terminals to the billing center to allow navigation and visualize network consumption. First, I made a prototype with two PC clones connected directly; to finally deploy the system on 10 computers.

I began my first steps creating and maintaining software for commercial use in a family agricultural company. I mainly programmed software for livestock capitalization control and grain settlement. I also managed computer systems and networks as part of my functions. Summary of roles: - System Administrator. - Application Development (Foxpro and Java). - Network administration.
