The program consisted of 4 weeks. It involved over 1200 participants, each taking different project management courses and having to plan a project at the end. The plan included the constitution act, schedule, communications plan, resource allocation, risk management planning, among others. The judges highlighted my planning for its criteria and level of detail. It included the management of project success metrics; it was a hybrid planning (predictive and adaptive).
